Common questions

How do I remove ads?

Tap Remove Ads on the main menu to make a one-time in-app purchase that permanently removes ads. It's tied to your Apple ID.

I bought Remove Ads but the ads are back

If you reinstalled the game or switched devices, open the menu and tap Restore Purchase. As long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it on, your purchase will come right back at no extra charge.

How do I play?

Tap How To Play on the main menu for a full in-game guide to the goal, taking a turn, extra rolls, and scoring. You can choose Full Game (the classic 21-category run) or Just 7 for a shorter game.

Online multiplayer isn't connecting

Online play needs an internet connection — check your Wi-Fi or cellular signal and try again. If it keeps failing, close and reopen the app, and let us know if the problem continues.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
