These terms govern your use of SpeedMaxxer (the "App"), provided by Octet Software. Your use is also subject to the applicable Apple Media Services terms.

Use and license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's rules. Do not use the App unlawfully or interfere with its operation.

Estimates and activity

Speed, distance, and other measurements are estimates and can be affected by location signal, sensors, device settings, and other conditions. The App is intended for general fitness use and is not a medical device or a substitute for professional advice. You are responsible for choosing activities appropriate for you and your surroundings.

Your data

Run history is stored locally, and workouts may be saved to Apple Health with your permission. See the Privacy Policy for details. Device loss, app removal, or system behavior may remove locally stored data.

Availability and disclaimer

We may update or change the App. It is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfectly accurate measurements.
